BOUNDARY SETTING + CLEAR COMMUNICATION (Sansa Edition) ((season 1 Sansa obv))

Hello friends, are you kind of a pushover? Like you know you might have boundaries, but possibly don't recognize it till you've given too much to too many people and now you're totally depleted and unable to care for your own damn self? Do you wish you had more motivation to speak up for yourself? Are you tired of doing everything for everyone else? This one is for the passives and the possibly co-dependents.

In this workshop, you will learn a set of tools for learning to recognize and define your own boundaries and maybe learn to communicate your needs effectively and gracefully.
